  • 1.牛肉,洗去血水,切片,用拷肉酱腌制10-20分钟。
  • 2.腌牛肉的时间准备蔬菜。所有蔬菜洗干净,胡萝卜切丝,泡菜切块,全部焯烫,过冷水,控干,调入盐,香油及白芝麻。
  • 3.腌制好的牛肉放入油锅中炒熟。
  • 4.盛出备用。
  • 5.石锅底部薄薄的刷一层香油。
  • 6.将米饭盛入锅中。
  • 7.热锅放油,油温5成热打入鸡蛋略煎。
  • 8.码入所有蔬菜,在最上面放牛肉和鸡蛋。
  • 9.加热至米饭出现锅巴,关火。
  • 10.吃的时候,将韩国辣椒酱和米饭拌匀即可。
