花开富贵——鸡汁儿菜
这次总决赛我选择的是C组:花开富贵,吉星高照,五福临门,  吉祥如意,这道菜则是花开富贵。这道菜利用了儿菜骨朵般的外形,在盘中摆出简单的花朵造型,再用圣女果简单点缀其花心,简单而美观。用以清蒸的方式突出了食材本身的清香味儿,再搭配鲜美的鸡汁,口味儿清淡,鲜美中不失儿菜的清香,口感软糯,入口即化。

Steps to make 花开富贵——鸡汁儿菜

  • 1.准备制作食材和调料。
  • 2.儿菜洗净,对切开。
  • 3.在盘子里摆花型,冷水上锅蒸八分钟左右取出。
  • 4.在锅里烧一些水煮沸,调入两勺鲜鸡汁再次煮沸。
  • 5.调入少许盐。
  • 6.勾湿淀粉,待汤汁再次煮沸起锅,淋在蒸好的儿菜上,圣女果刻花点缀于盘中。
