Steps to make 金桔酱

  • 1.准备原料,要挑选新鲜的金桔;
  • 2.将金桔清洗干净,放在淡盐水中浸泡10分钟,冲洗干净;
  • 3.将金桔对半切开,去籽;
  • 4.将去籽的金桔放入料理盆中,放上白糖拌匀,将料理盆盖上保鲜膜,腌制2小时以上;
  • 5.将腌好的金桔和纯净水倒入料理机中搅打一下(不要搅打的很碎,有颗粒感较好);
  • 6.将打好的金桔糊倒入不锈钢煮锅里;
  • 7.加入柠檬汁;
  • 8.小火慢煮,不停地搅拌防止糊锅,熬制粘稠即可关火;
