酿苦瓜油豆腐
酿苦瓜算是我们这地方的一个特色菜。

每年夏天基本家家户户都会做上几回,而且一做就是能吃上两三餐的量。

    Steps to make 酿苦瓜油豆腐

    • 1.备好所有食材(鲮鱼和猪肉剁成肉糜,糯米提前一小时泡发)。
    • 2..把鲮鱼肉糜和猪肉糜还有糯米放一起,加进适量盐,油,米酒,生粉,酱油拌匀,并用手不停摔打十到十五分钟(这样的馅才不容易掉出,更甘香)。
    • 3.苦瓜斜刀切段,并用勺子柄把里面的子挖出。
    • 4.挖好的苦瓜清洗干净并捞起沥干水。
    • 5.油豆腐清洗干净后用刀开一个小口。
    • 6.热锅下油,加适八角,大蒜,干葱头,姜片爆香,再熄火。
    • 7.接着用勺子把肉塞进苦瓜和油豆腐内,放锅里。
    • 8.加进适量水(水量差不多要没过苦瓜)。
    • 9.焖至水干后适量调味即可(因为馅料已调好味,所以最好要尝过再调味)。
