  • 红羊角椒5斤
  • 白糖7两
  • 精盐半斤
  • 黄金酱2袋(半斤左右)
  • 生姜3两
  • 大蒜8两
  • 味精2两
  • 米醋1袋(310毫升)

Steps to make 辣椒酱(更正版)

  • 1.主料羊角椒
  • 2.8两的蒜 两小碗
  • 3.黄金酱、味精、米醋白糖和精盐就没拍片
  • 4.辣椒用料理机弄碎,还有大蒜、生姜再把所有调料都加入,搅拌均匀
  • 5.加热煮开,保持几分钟,用以灭菌我用的是大马勺,5斤用量刚好这一大勺
  • 6.关火晾凉即可食用
  • 7.附上老妈亲笔所书之方子
