柠香蓝莓椰蓉派
烘焙课堂这一期是芝士。烘焙几乎是离不开芝士的。今天我做的这个椰蓉派,就用到了黄油和淡奶油两种芝士。奶香味自然是很浓郁的。
我超爱椰蓉,特别喜欢烘焙过程中那满屋弥漫的椰蓉的香味,那香味总是让我感觉做的过程比吃的过程都享受。今天的这款椰蓉派,超多的椰蓉,每个派都是装的满满当当的。常言说文如其人,其实美食也如其人,我做的美食也和我的性格一样,开朗不羞涩,大大方方,所以装的很满,哈哈!今天这个量总共是做了5个,一个4寸派模,4个挞模。

  • 淡奶油80g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 25g
  • 柠檬半个
  • 面粉160g
  • 黄油80g
  • 鸡蛋1 个
  • 30g

Steps to make 柠香蓝莓椰蓉派

  • 1.淡奶油和鸡蛋一起放入盆里
  • 2.充分搅拌均匀后加糖
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.加椰蓉
  • 5.挤入半个柠檬的汁
  • 6.搅拌均匀成为派馅。
  • 7.黄油软化
  • 8.加入辅料中所有食材和成面团饧20分钟成派皮面团
  • 9.擀成厚度约3毫米的片
  • 10.放入派盘中,去边,叉子扎孔
  • 11.我弄的料多,就用小的模具做了几个,也同样是压掉边,扎孔。
  • 12.最后把椰蓉馅盛入
  • 13.小模具中也装上馅料
  • 14.表面撒上蓝莓干
  • 15.烤箱180度预热5分钟,入烤箱放下面第二层,烤35分钟
  • 16.烤好的椰蓉派,加了柠檬汁,吃起来柠香味很明显的,但也不会掩盖椰蓉的香味
  • 17.还有小的,也很不错的,吃起来更方便,可以一人一个。
