我的最爱——新疆炒拉条子
最爱这道新疆炒拉条子,虽然看着和普通的面条没什么区别,但是面吃着非常有筋道,滑溜。

  • 1.准备一碗水,2g盐和成面饧上1个小时,然后在案板上擀成面饼用刀切成长条,拉成一根一根的条子,涂上油盘在盆里再醒至少一个小时。
  • 2.锅里加水大火烧开,边拉条子边下入锅中,直至煮熟,捞出,凉水冲下备用。
  • 3.食材切成块备用,肉用盐料酒,淀粉腌10分钟。
  • 4.备好油菜。
  • 5.锅内热油,加入姜辣椒炒香。
  • 6.加入肉丝,酱油翻炒。
  • 7.加入洋葱翻炒
  • 8.加入番茄,青椒翻炒。
  • 9.最后加入油菜翻炒,再用盐,酱油,鸡精,十三香调味。
  • 10.把煮好的面和菜翻炒一会即可。
  • 11.最后出锅。
