2018年新年伊始,幸运的得到一份大礼,东菱的牛排机,收到机器的时候,看到这个大箱子真是吓一跳,比我想象的要大很多,能控制肉类几分熟的功能真的很牛,但是操作又是非常简单。

  • 1.准备材料,香肠是生的,需要提前从冰箱取出化冻,红、黄柿子椒只需要一点点做配色,西兰花掰开小朵,淡盐水浸泡十分钟左右
  • 2.烧一小锅开水,水里放一点盐、油,放入西兰花焯水,八成熟后捞出控水备有
  • 3.牛排机接通电源,按电源开关打开,香肠按钮按一下,按启动,牛排机开始预热
  • 4.预热到位后,有提示音,打开盖子,在煎盘上刷一点点橄榄油,香肠斜着摆放在煎盘上,香肠与煎盘的格纹呈现45度角,煎出的香肠花纹好看
  • 5.合上盖子,牛排机自动运行,无需其他操作,自动辨别肉食烹饪的成熟度,显示5分熟
  • 6.香肠一直煎到全熟,牛排机自动停掉,此时牛排机的温度仍旧是非常的高,煎好的香肠要快速取下来
  • 7.香肠摆盘,用蔬菜装饰一下盘子即可,咬一口看香肠煎的成熟度,全熟仍旧是鲜嫩多汁
