昨天晚上吃完饭后剩了1碗米饭.平时剩饭的时候我一般都是第二天早晨把它炒了做早餐.今天早晨我做了蛋皮寿司.话说新的一天新的开始嘛.吃个舒服漂亮的早餐这一天的心情还真是好呢.嘿嘿当把所有的早餐准备好后再漂亮的摆在餐桌中间的去叫老公起床,是有多么的幸福呀.

  • 蟹足棒4根
  • 葱花1茶匙
  • 黑芝麻半茶匙

Steps to make 蛋皮儿寿司

  • 1.准备好所有的食材、如图所示。
  • 2.不粘锅用大火烧热后倒入一茶匙量的色拉油.不要太多哦,不然会很油腻.手不时的将蛋液晃开,将蛋液均匀的在锅内摊成蛋饼.如图状即可.
  • 3.锅中不用倒油.将剩米饭倒入锅中,加入葱花和黑芝麻.少量的盐和味精.用筷子搅匀.米饭变温即可.
  • 4.顺序按照图片上显示的.米饭放在蛋饼上,中间放好蟹足棒.米饭放的太厚就要旁边留出来一条,以免米饭被挤出来.放的薄就可以按照蛋饼的大小铺满啦这样卷起.注意卷的时候蛋饼和竹帘要平齐的卷.
  • 5.卷好的寿司卷按照自己喜欢的大小切成块吧。
  • 6.赶快平常吧。
