    Steps to make 腊味杂粮烧卖

    • 1.全麦粉中加入适量开水,晾至不烫手时揉成团,醒30分钟。
    • 2.杂粮和糯米适量洗净泡软。(用自己喜欢的杂粮,我放的是黑米,糙米和荞麦)
    • 3.香菇用热水泡软,洗净,切粒。
    • 4.春笋去皮洗净,切小丁。
    • 5.香肠切小丁。
    • 6.锅中倒油烧热,放入香肠炒至肉粒变得透明。
    • 7.加入香菇粒和笋丁翻炒,炒出香味,加少许盐调味。
    • 8.杂粮放入电压力锅中蒸熟。
    • 9.将炒好的料倒入蒸好的杂粮饭中,拌匀。
    • 10.取适量醒好的面团,搓长,切剂子,大小和包饺子的面团差不多,擀圆擀薄。
    • 11.包入适量的杂粮饭。
    • 12.用虎口处慢慢包起来。
    • 13.整理一下边缘。
    • 14.蒸笼中铺湿布,间隔开放入烧卖生坯。
    • 15.开大火,烧开有蒸汽冒出,转中火蒸8—10分钟。
