Steps to make 淮山药老鸭汤

  • 1.鸭子清洗干净后剁大块,冷水下锅,水开后煮3分钟去除血沫子。
  • 2.准备姜5块、麦冬几粒、干草4片、黄芪3片、枸杞10粒、沙参2小段。
  • 3.淮山药清洗干净后去皮切段备用。
  • 4.砂锅注满清水,放入焯水后的鸭块以及其它食材。水烧开后放入20克米酒汁。
  • 5.盖上砂锅的盖子,小火慢煲30分钟后加入淮山药。
  • 6.然后加入2勺盐,盖上盖子,继续小火慢煲1小时即可。
