自制花生酱
今天想做凉拌粉皮,可是家里没有花生酱了!所有决定自己做点!反正夏天了凉拌的东西多也用得上!

Steps to make 自制花生酱

  • 1.花生仁放入烤盘,入烤箱150度,烤熟
  • 2.烤熟的花生仁晾凉搓去红衣,这个过程有点费时
  • 3.放入料理杯,启动机器打成花生粉
  • 4.加入少量的盐
  • 5.加入白砂糖
  • 6.加入适量的香油
  • 7.再次启动机器
  • 8.搅拌过程中,用料理棒把四周的花生粉往中间拨一下,开始很硬的
  • 9.等到花生粉出油了,就可以了停止机器了
  • 10.装入盒子,密封冷藏保存
