Steps to make 熏卤鹌鹑蛋

  • 1.所需材料:鹌鹑蛋、茶叶、白糖、卤水汁。
  • 2.鹌鹑蛋冷水下锅,水开煮5-7分钟。关火后盖盖焖五分钟。
  • 3.去皮。(去皮方法在肉酱鹌鹑蛋菜谱里)。
  • 4.去一容器,放卤水汁100ml。
  • 5.加水250-300ml(具体根据自己口味)。
  • 6.放入鹌鹑蛋。
  • 7.用保鲜膜封起来,放入冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 8.取出卤好的鹌鹑蛋,不喜欢烟熏味可以直接吃了。
  • 9.取一个准备淘汰的旧锅,底下铺锡纸。里面放大米和白糖。我家里有没人喝的茶叶,我就用茶叶了。
  • 10.把鹌鹑蛋放在蒸帘上,盖上盖子。
  • 11.打开烟机最强档,开大火,里面冒烟转最小火,直到里面烟越来越少,能看见里面东西了再关火。
  • 12.熏好了,同样的方法熏什么都可以。
  • 13.可以插一些五颜六色的蔬菜或者水果点缀,完成。
