Steps to make 糖醋腌蒜

  • 1.新鲜大蒜备用,买的时候要挑那种比较干净,没有破损的。
  • 2.小心剪去根部,上面的茎先不要去掉,清洗干净,晾干水份。
  • 3.剪去茎,只留较短一段。
  • 4.水中加红糖、盐烧开后稍晾凉加入白醋。
  • 5.容器事先清洗干净并完全控干水份,装入大蒜。
  • 6.倒入晾凉的腌汁没过大蒜密封,一个月左右便可食用。(期间可根据自己的口味隔几天尝一下,添加相应调料)
