樱桃戚风小蛋糕
用戚风蛋糕的方法,来做小蛋糕。一炉烤出来没有倒扣,竟然回缩了,另外一炉做好后倒扣,小蛋糕就那么美美的。看样子做戚风版本的蛋糕,真是一个环节都不能省哦。

Steps to make 樱桃戚风小蛋糕

  • 1.备好所用的材料。
  • 2.将蛋黄分离出,加入少许的白糖。
  • 3.打至融合后,再加入牛奶。
  • 4.再将色拉油加入。
  • 5.打至均合,蛋黄色微淡。
  • 6.再将低粉加入。
  • 7.拌至无干粉装备用。
  • 8.将蛋白先打至粗泡。
  • 9.再分次加糖,打至发泡,竖筷子不倒的样子就可以。
  • 10.将打好的蛋白糊加至在蛋黄糊里,分次加入,拌至融合。
  • 11.将拌好的蛋糕糊加至在带纸托的人里,再用樱桃点缀。
  • 12.入烤箱150度烤制20分钟即可。
  • 13.烤好后,出烤箱倒扣一下,放凉后即可享用。
