  • 淡奶油220ml
  • 牛奶80ml

Steps to make 南瓜焦糖冰淇淋

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.南瓜切成薄片放微波炉里转3分钟,用筷子轻松叉进就可以了
  • 3.牛奶加白砂糖70g放奶锅小火加热至溶化,2个鸡蛋黄打散慢慢加入到牛奶液中,边加边搅拌,防止成蛋花汤,加热至粘稠关火冷却
  • 4.将南瓜和牛奶液放入料理机打成泥
  • 5.倒入150ml淡奶油搅拌均匀
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷冻2小时
  • 7.用打蛋器打5分钟左右,淡奶有些膨发了,再放回冰箱冷冻,南瓜冰淇淋就做好了。
  • 8.现在开始做焦糖了,将60g白糖和1小勺水在锅里加热化开,熬至自己喜欢的成色关火
  • 9.倒入70g淡奶油
  • 10.拌匀成焦糖奶油备用
  • 11.冰淇淋冻至稍硬拿出,倒入焦糖奶油
  • 12.用筷子轻轻搅拌几下,不要过度搅拌,带点纹路会更好看。
