  • 1.花生米提前放冷冻室里冻2个小时,油炸时花生米更酥脆
  • 2.冷油下冷冻过的花生米,炸熟后捞出放凉,去皮备用
  • 3.鸡腿加清水,浸泡半小时,去除血水
  • 4.清洗好的鸡腿去骨
  • 5.斩成小块
  • 6.加胡椒粉、淀粉、料酒
  • 7.抓匀,腌制二十分钟
  • 8.大葱葱白切小节、辣椒剪成小圈,水洗一下,蒜切片
  • 9.小碗里加1/3勺盐
  • 10.2满勺糖
  • 11.3平勺醋
  • 12.再加1勺料酒、2勺生抽
  • 13.锅里注油烧热,下腌好的鸡丁
  • 14.炒至肉丁变色后加入辣椒圈
  • 15.炒香后加入蒜片
  • 16.倒入碗汁
  • 17.加入大葱煸炒几下
  • 18.加入去皮的熟花生米
