  • 1.沒買紫薯,直接用紫薯粉(紫薯面團材料)。
  • 2.加入適量牛奶和面揉出面團蓋上保鮮膜醒發20分鐘備用。
  • 3.紅莓剪碎加入白面團材料和成面團,蓋上保鮮膜醒發20分鐘。
  • 4.兩個面團醒發完成,揉揉排氣。
  • 5.白面團揉出長條(如團)。
  • 6.紫面團擀成長片(如圖)。
  • 7.把白面團放上紫面片上。
  • 8.卷起面卷形。
  • 9.放蒸鍋里醒20分,冷水蒸12分鐘燜3分鐘即可。
  • 10.放涼切片。
