剩吐司的用处------炸紫薯丸子
我家吃面包之类很是不给力,买包吐司一般会剩下,这也是我不爱做面包的原因。吐司不是坏掉,而是干干的剩在那里,扔了实在可惜,不扔又没法吃,所以总想着做点什么可以用上。没事拿块干吐司边想边玩,不小心就捏碎了,有点像面包糠,得了,就这样吧,当面包糠吧,找找什么可以炸,只有紫薯了,因为做的简单,也别气什么雅的名字了,一土到底,就是炸紫薯丸子,本色一点。
        丸子香甜不油腻,趁热吃上一盘,很是享受。

Steps to make 剩吐司的用处------炸紫薯丸子

  • 1.紫薯蒸熟去皮,也可去皮后再蒸,但不去皮的蒸过分水少些比较容易成型
  • 2.紫薯压碎团成圆子。喜欢奶香味可加点奶粉,糖就不必加了,本身很甜。
  • 3.干吐司捏碎成面包糠,不要成粉末状,容易炸糊,基本保持颗粒状。
  • 4.鸡蛋磕入碗中搅拌均匀,准备淀粉。
  • 5.紫薯圆子放淀粉滚一下,在放入鸡蛋液蘸一下,然后在面包糠滚一下,最好用手团一下,面包糠不容易掉下来。
  • 6.锅内放油烧八成热,放紫薯球中火炸至表面金黄捞出,可趁热稍撒点熟芝麻。
