天然纯正的好味道------李子果酱
眼看,李子的果期也将要结束了,为了在以后的时间里都可以吃到李子,所以我想到了尝试做李子果酱,以另一种形式保存那口新鲜的李子香味。每个人都可以拥有属于自己味道的手工果酱,浓浓的果香,被甜蜜封存,每一天都可以尽情品尝到这样天然、纯正的好味道!!~

Steps to make 天然纯正的好味道------李子果酱

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料,将新鲜的李子洗净沥干
  • 2.把洗净的李子去核切成小丁
  • 3.切好的李子丁用白糖腌起来,一层果肉一层糖的放,放在冰箱腌制2个小时至出果汁,水果肉变软
  • 4.把腌好的李子果肉倒入面包机桶内,选择果酱功能,时间显示1:05小时,再按开始键面包机开始搅拌
  • 5.时间到后面包机会有提示音,打开一看果酱好了
  • 6.趁热装进玻璃瓶中,倒置放凉后,冰箱冷藏保存(玻璃瓶要提前用开水煮下消毒再凉干)
  • 7.用来抹吐司真的很不错
