  • 1.材料准备好。
  • 2.剪去虾枪、虾须。
  • 3.在背后划一刀。
  • 4.挑出虾肠。
  • 5.撒一些胡椒粉和料酒腌制一会。
  • 6.姜切片,葱切段。
  • 7.碗里放入料酒、酱油、蚝油、白糖拌匀。
  • 8.锅里加入少许油,放虾煎制。
  • 9.煎至两面金黄后放姜蒜炒香。
  • 10.倒入酱汁煮开。
  • 11.煮开后小火焖煮5分钟。
  • 12.然后开大火收汁至浓稠即可。
