  • 1.准备好的用料。
  • 2.糯米粉加入绿茶粉。
  • 3.加水揉成面团醒20分钟左右。
  • 4.分成大小差不多的小剂子,豆沙也取同等份额搓圆。
  • 5.面团压扁,包入豆沙。
  • 6.收口再搓圆成表面光滑。
  • 7.水烧开后加入包好的汤圆煮熟。
  • 8.又甜又糯的茶香汤圆就做好了。
