“同学的女儿和家人一直很爱吃我做的美食,所以经常做好美食送过去或者让她老公过来取,有时间的话,也会去她家呆上一天,帮她们做上多道美食,吃上1~2天的。
同学的女儿即将1人远赴加拿大求学,她爸妈都很舍不得但也没办法,想给孩子创造更好的学习条件;我呢,其它忙帮不上,只能是尽自己所能做一些美食,给她们家的宝贝女儿吃了。
她家女儿很爱吃我做的寿司,所以周日上午我特地又包了些她爱吃的“什锦火腿寿司”,让她爸爸下午送孩子补习后过来取,以给她作周一的早餐,同学接到电话后,很感谢,也很开心了~~~”

  • 1.准备好相关做寿司的食材

  • 3.黄瓜、火腿和胡萝卜切长条
  • 4.炒锅加热,倒入少许芥花油,黄瓜、火腿和胡萝卜条放入锅中,过油断生后盛起
  • 5.将鸡蛋打散,倒入锅中煎成蛋饼
  • 6.再将蛋饼切成长条备用
  • 7.准备好寿司竹帘,平铺一片紫菜,再放上拌好的饭团
  • 8.戴上一次性手套,将饭团往四周推平,最上方留有少量空隙
  • 9.将蛋皮、黄瓜、火腿、肉松和胡萝卜条依次摆放在紫菜的下方
  • 10.借助寿司竹帘,向上轻轻卷起,直至卷完,稍捏紧些
  • 11.依次做完其它5卷
  • 12.刀口粘少许麻油,将卷好的寿司切段
