Steps to make 金香大蒜

  • 1.咸蛋黄入沸水蒸锅蒸10-15分钟,蒸至熟透,取出晾凉。
  • 2.咸蛋黄碾成粉状,香葱洗净切碎待用。
  • 3.大蒜剥去外皮,选择大小近似均匀的蒜瓣用刀两头切齐。
  • 4.锅置火上油烧至七成热,将蒜瓣入锅炸制。
  • 5.炸至金黄色,捞出控净油。
  • 6.锅置火上少许底油,倒入蛋黄末、盐,添入少许清水炒匀。
  • 7.待蛋黄炒散后放入炸好的蒜瓣,再略翻炒。
  • 8.使蛋黄均匀包裹住蒜瓣,关火,撒少许香葱即可出锅。
  • 9.此菜特点:色泽金黄、味道咸鲜、蒜香浓郁。
