微波炉蒸虾饺
自从收入了美的新款微波炉后,我就对微波炉美食一直念念不忘,从上次试用机器时候做了麻婆豆腐,粉蒸羊肉和红枣糕之后,今天又做了一直爱吃的虾饺,最喜欢虾饺水晶晶的样子,从微波蒸锅取出后,虾饺就变得貌美如花了!

  • 虾仁50克
  • 肥肉7克
  • 冬笋4克
  • 荸荠2颗
  • 澄粉150克
  • 淀粉50克
  • 沸水150ml
  • 15克
  • 0.5克
  • 鸡精0.5克
  • 1.5克
  • 白胡椒粉0.5ml

Steps to make 微波炉蒸虾饺

  • 1.将冬笋和荸荠切碎丁备用;
  • 2.肥肉切成很细小的小丁备用;
  • 3.将澄粉中缓慢加入150ml沸水,用筷子搅拌将粉吸收水分,
  • 4.然后揉成团,用保鲜膜封好晾凉;
  • 5.虾仁加入碱水浸泡后反复洗净,
  • 6.用厨房纸吸干水分,
  • 7.吸干水分的虾仁加入碎冬笋和肥肉小丁以及加入盐、鸡精、糖、香油、白胡椒粉搅拌;
  • 8.胡萝卜洗净后切成小圆片放在蒸屉上;
  • 9.按照澄粉团的总重量,将澄粉团分成若干小团,取出一份小团,其他用保鲜膜继续封好,避免水分挥发;
  • 10.拿起面片,装入少量馅料,然后轻轻的包好,放在胡萝卜片上;
  • 11.微波高火蒸10分钟。
