酱爆双丁
黄瓜和肉都切成丁,加入豆瓣酱翻炒后特别香,很不错的一道下饭菜,配米粉和配面条都不错,做法简单,酱香浓郁,有菜有肉搭配一起吃也比较健康营养。比较快手的一道下饭菜。

Steps to make 酱爆双丁

  • 1.所需原料:黄瓜,豆瓣酱,瘦肉。
  • 2.瘦肉,黄瓜都切丁,姜蒜切末。
  • 3.瘦肉加入料酒、胡椒粉、淀粉腌制一下。
  • 4.锅内热油放入瘦肉丁翻炒变白后加入少许生抽,炒好后盛出备用。
  • 5.锅内留少许油把黄瓜丁放入翻炒,黄瓜炒到变软也盛出。
  • 6.锅内爆香蒜米姜丝。
  • 7.锅内加入一勺6月香豆瓣酱翻炒。
  • 8.加入半碗水和适量白砂糖。
  • 9.待汤汁沸腾以后倒入之前炒好的黄瓜丁和瘦肉丁,翻炒均匀即可。
