自制红豆沙,包粽子用
不喜欢外面买的成品豆沙,还是喜欢自己做红豆沙,干净卫生。

Steps to make 自制红豆沙,包粽子用

  • 1.准备红豆,洗干净,这次因为要包粽子,所以做的多一点,还留了一点包包子用。
  • 2.用高压锅,水要漫过红豆,如果不知道要下多少水,用食指试一下,水漫过红豆一指节水就可以。
  • 3.高压锅煮开了之后,关最小火,再煮20分钟左右就可以了,要注意不要烧焦了。然后用料理机把红豆打成豆沙。
  • 4.不粘锅下油,不用很多,一点点就够了。
  • 5.将打碎后的豆沙下锅,根据个人的甜度喜好,下白砂糖。开最小火,不断翻,不停翻,不然会烧焦。翻到这样基本成型就可以了。
  • 6.成品出锅,用不完可以放冰箱,留着做包子。
