豆皮香肠卷
豆皮香肠卷,是将蒸熟的香肠切丝与韭菜段、黄瓜丝,包入豆皮做成春卷,在锅内蒸熟后,用少许开水、番茄酱、生抽、鸡精、水淀粉调成勾芡汁,浇在豆皮香肠卷上面。清爽素雅,口感极佳。这道菜不放一滴油,香肠蒸出来的油正好被豆皮吸收,是减肥去脂又比较可口开胃的下饭小菜。

  • 韭菜150克
  • 番茄酱3茶匙
  • 生抽1茶匙
  • 鸡精1/2茶匙
  • 水淀粉2茶匙

Steps to make 豆皮香肠卷

  • 1.将豆腐皮洗净,切成四方块。
  • 2.香肠(广东腊肠)两条蒸熟后切成丝,韭菜切段。
  • 3.黄瓜一条洗净擦成丝。
  • 4.将香肠丝、黄瓜丝、韭菜段包入豆腐皮内,卷成卷。
  • 5.用烫熟的韭菜绕几圈捆扎好。
  • 6.整齐摆在盘里。
  • 7.锅里放水烧开,上屉蒸5-6分钟即可。
  • 8.另外起一锅,放少许开水,倒入3茶匙番茄酱调开,倒入1茶匙生抽和少许鸡精调味,烧滚后调入2茶匙水淀粉勾芡。
  • 9.将勾芡汁浇在豆皮香肠卷上面即可。
