Steps to make 炸藕盒

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将葱,盐,胡椒粉,味精,酱油,料酒,香油,一颗鸡蛋放入肉末搅拌均匀。
  • 3.把肉末填入两片藕之间,压紧。
  • 4.在面粉中加入一颗鸡蛋和水,搅拌均匀成面糊。
  • 5.将藕合裹满面糊。
  • 6.放入油锅炸制两面金黄,注意翻面,约4分钟左右。
  • 7.捞出后放在厨房用纸上吸去多余的油。
