  • 1.自家种的圆苦瓜(大顶苦瓜)洗干净。
  • 2.用小匙刮去瓤和籽。
  • 3.切块。
  • 4.买的冷冻蛤蜊。
  • 5.解冻清洗一遍。
  • 6.热油锅,放豆豉酱爆炒一下。
  • 7.放苦味炒匀。
  • 8.放少许水和糖炒煮至稍变色。
  • 9.放入蛤蜊炒匀,盖上盖子煮至苦瓜断生。
  • 10.蛤蜊会出水,最好慢慢倒入淀粉水炒至汁水变浓稠。
  • 11.用淀粉水勾芡可以使汁水的味道更好沾附在材料上。
