玫瑰芝麻凉糕
芝麻凉糕吃起来又凉又甜极为爽口,利用糖、豆沙、江米等材料做成的糕点冰起来,再切块就成了芝麻凉糕了,是夏天消暑点心之一。西安回民街的芝麻凉糕里加了特有的玫瑰酱就更有特色了。

  • 红豆沙200克
  • 熟芝麻50克
  • 玫瑰酱2汤匙
  • 蜂蜜1汤匙

Steps to make 玫瑰芝麻凉糕

  • 1.将糯米洗干净,浸泡4小时,蒸熟备用。
  • 2.将糯米蒸熟晾凉,把糯米放在干净的纱布里。(纱布用清水浸湿)
  • 3.在案板上反复揉碎成泥状。
  • 4.将熟芝麻、熟花生米用擀面棍擀碎备用。
  • 5.将揉好的糯米取一块平铺在芝麻花生碎上。
  • 6.将红豆沙摊平,放在揉好的糯米上。
  • 7.再把另一半揉好的糯米铺在上面。
  • 8.将芝麻花生碎均匀的撒在上面。
  • 9.将凉糕切成块。
  • 10.玫瑰酱2汤匙、蜂蜜1汤匙、水1汤匙、搅拌均匀浇在上面,也可以蘸着吃。
