泰式咖喱鱼蛋
读书时,有一同学来自泰国,我们除了对他国的人妖感兴趣,第二感兴趣并留下深深印象的就是咖喱了,虽然印度咖喱也是非常有名,但可惜至今不认识一个印度人,无法学到地道的印度咖喱,今天和大家分享的是从同学那里偷师来的泰式咖喱鱼蛋!
材料:红皮洋葱半个、黄心土豆1个、青椒2个、金针菇1小撮(其实同学放的不是金针菇,是一个小小的菇,找不到,就用这个代替了)、鱼蛋6个、青柠檬半个、西红柿1个、鱼露(代替盐和酱油)、咖喱(粉和油块都可以,油块味道香浓,粉状热量低无不良添加物,各有优点吧)

  • 青柠檬半个
  • 椰浆适量(牛奶也可以)

Steps to make 泰式咖喱鱼蛋

  • 1.将材料洗净切丁
  • 2.锅中放油将洋葱、土豆、青椒、放入锅中炒制
  • 3.将咖喱用鱼露、椰浆(牛奶也可以)调好
  • 4.将调好的汁放入锅中,加入金针菇
  • 5.汤汁烧开后,放入切好的西红柿
  • 6.加入鱼蛋
  • 7.中火煮10分钟,出锅前挤入柠檬汁!
  • 8.发个近照,真的是流口水呀!这个汁用来拌饭就是咖喱饭了,把鱼蛋换成鸡肉来炒就是咖喱鸡了,就是太简单了,呵呵!
