Steps to make 日式炒面

  • 1.准备食材,卷心菜洗净去掉硬梗切成大片,胡萝卜去皮切丝,香肠切条,不喜欢香肠放培根也可以 。袋装乌冬面是湿性的面条,用开水煮一分钟就可以(不要煮太长时间,否则炒的时候容易碎),捞出来过凉沥干水分。
  • 2.加热平底锅,倒入比平时炒菜多一些的食用油,爆香葱花后,放入胡萝卜丝翻炒。
  • 3.再放入卷心菜,加入生抽和少许盐,加盐后卷心菜会很快变软。
  • 4.卷心菜变软出水后放入香肠
  • 5.再放入沥干的面条
  • 6.倒入半汤匙老抽调色,然后用筷子划散面条,炒至面条 均匀上色即关火出锅。
  • 7.平底锅洗净后倒入少许油,中火,打入鸡蛋,煎至蛋白全熟蛋黄半熟时关火,把溏心荷包蛋放在炒面上,吃的时候用筷子挑开拌匀。
