香酥芝麻兔
香酥芝麻兔,很好吃的一道菜,冷吃或是热吃都非常的美味,相比以前常做的那种麻辣味,少了一份燥,更多了一份浓香,很是适合夏秋季节的饭桌呢。
由于兔肉性凉,所以寒冬及初春季节应少食。兔肉也不能与鸭血同食,否则易致腹泻哦。

Steps to make 香酥芝麻兔

  • 1.准备好需用的原料。
  • 2.将兔肉洗净并斩成2厘米见方的小块,入开水锅中氽水后捞出冲洗净浮沫待用。
  • 3.取一小碗,放入肉桂粉、五香粉、白胡椒粉、鸡精、一小勺甜面酱。
  • 4.加入适量的生抽、少许清水调成味汁待用。
  • 5.炒锅中到入玉米油,放入姜末、蒜末炒香后,再加入兔肉煸炒。
  • 6.炒至水份略收时,放入料酒、少许盐炒匀。
  • 7.放入花椒粒继续煸炒。
  • 8.煸炒至兔肉水份收干、色呈金黄。
  • 9.到入全部的味汁并翻炒均匀。
  • 10.小火收汁亮油至兔肉色呈棕红时,放入熟白芝麻翻炒均匀后即可出锅装盘了。
