  • 五花肉250克

  • 八角3个
  • 桂皮1小块
  • 红尖椒10个

Steps to make 干豆角烧肉

  • 1.干豆角头天晚上用冷水泡发,五花肉洗净;
  • 2.干豆角切成节,五花肉切成小块;
  • 3.一起入沸水锅氽水待用;
  • 4.炒锅内放适量油烧至7成热,下五花肉炸得稍干,滤油备用;
  • 5.锅内留底油,下葱、姜、八角、桂皮、红尖椒炒香;
  • 6.倒入五花肉、适量清汤,加盐、胡椒粉、鲜酱油、耗油,小火烧透入味;
  • 7.将干豆角放入锅中一起烧至入味;
  • 8.大火收汁即可;
