Steps to make 自制出油咸鸭蛋

  • 1.准备鸭蛋、食盐和高度白酒(我用的是56度的北京二锅头)
  • 2.拿一条干净的毛巾,倒上白醋,把鸭蛋擦洗干净,晾干。
  • 3.白酒倒入碗中,把鸭蛋放入白酒里浸泡1到2分钟
  • 4. 再放入装有食盐的碗里裹上一层食盐
  • 5.准备好保鲜膜
  • 6.裹好盐巴的鸭蛋用一小块保鲜膜包起来
  • 7.全部裹好以后放入盘里,在太阳底下暴晒一天
  • 8.然后装入保鲜袋里,扎好口。
  • 9.装进保鲜袋以后再继续多装几层,每装一个袋子就捆紧,然后装进容器里,包上一层保鲜膜,再盖上盖子。
