  • 1.买的湿粽叶,清水洗几遍即可,两头修剪。
  • 2.紫薯去皮切小丁,豌豆剥粒。红豆上次包剩的,直接可用。
  • 3.西米加少量水,每粒米湿润即可,可加点花生油防止粘连。
  • 4.粽叶卷成圆锥状,放入西米和2中的一种或几种,不要都掺在一起。用的时候再放。
  • 5.粽叶上部折过来。
  • 6.继续包过来,折好。
  • 7.用线缠好,高压锅小火15分钟即可。熟后凉透放冰箱冷藏。
