法式蔬菜盅
牛肉番茄盅(Tomates farcies)是法国普罗旺斯和尼斯的著名地方菜,juju之前已经上传过牛肉番茄盅的做法,除了番茄以外还可以用西葫芦,茄子,蘑菇等代替以同样的做法做蔬菜盅,juju今天做番茄盅同时做了蘑菇盅,清爽又香嫩可口,一口放进嘴里不知不觉间已经吃掉一个两个哦~

  • 绞牛肉200g
  • 蘑菇8个
  • 洋葱1个
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 香草叶少许
  • 橄榄油2勺
  • 奶酪碎少许

Steps to make 法式蔬菜盅

  • 1.蘑菇洗净,把根部分离以后切碎
  • 2.锅里放入橄榄油,放入1个切碎的洋葱炒到洋葱颜色透明
  • 3.放入肉末炒熟,再放进切碎的蘑菇碎翻炒2分钟下锅
  • 4.炒好的肉末里放一个鸡蛋,倒入盐和胡椒,1勺红酒或料酒,再放入普罗旺斯香草叶,没有的话可以加入莳萝,罗勒叶等各种香草叶代替,把所有食材搅拌均匀
  • 5.把肉末酱放进蘑菇里,juju同时也做了几个番茄盅
  • 6.上面放上一点奶酪碎,放进预热到180度的烤箱烤35-40分钟即完成。
