自制豆腐
上次做的白豆腐家人都说好吃,有豆腐味、口感不错,改做一款菠菜粉豆腐其造型、口感、口味都倍受欢迎。

Steps to make 自制豆腐

  • 1.豆浆粉。
  • 2.将豆浆水放入碗中。
  • 3.再准备900g的水,逐渐把纯净水加入至豆浆粉中。
  • 4.适量少加水,用筷子将粉与水搅匀。
  • 5.再加水搅拌均匀。
  • 6.再次倒入适量水搅拌。
  • 7.搅拌至无任何颗粒状态。
  • 8.又一次加水搅拌。
  • 9.搅拌均匀后,先将菠菜粉调成糊状,再加入至调好的豆浆米有中搅拌均匀。
  • 10.锅中加入1000g水烧开。
  • 11.左手将碗中的豆浆慢慢倒入锅中,右手用大勺轻轻搅拌。
  • 12.煮沸即可停火(这步骤要看着调小火,千万别溢出)。
  • 13.石膏粉用100g40度的温水化开。
  • 14.将石膏水倒入盆底。
  • 15.再将锅中的热豆浆倒入盆中,搅拌均匀。
  • 16.待盆中有絮状时(这步骤有些时间短了,未形成大絮状(着着出去办事)上次做得好)
  • 17.将豆浆布铺在豆腐盒中,用勺子按压平整,开始时下面垫的盘中水流出的比较快,要勤倒出来。
  • 18.盖上盖子让其将豆浆余水流出来。
  • 19.再压上的比较重的器皿,使豆腐尽快成型。
  • 20.然后取下压的小罐将纱布包好再压实,打开纱布豆腐已成型。
  • 21.豆腐做好已经下午,菠菜粉豆腐其实瞒漂亮,但阳光不足,没有实图好看。
  • 22.切成片状也很不错,自制豆腐操作简便,现做现吃(实图比拍照的颜色好。
