【太阳花可可曲奇】
现在这个天儿,热的人懒洋洋不想动,但是这种天气,其实最适合做曲奇了。黄油从冰箱里拿出来,不用等多久就能变得软趴趴的,正是适合做曲奇的状态~~

晚上终于得了点儿空闲,赶紧的折腾折腾,几天的小零嘴儿就够啦~~

材料:

低筋面粉200g,可可粉10g,黄油130g,细砂糖35g,糖粉65g,鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 【太阳花可可曲奇】

  • 1.黄油切小块放在室温下软化
  • 2.用打蛋器搅打至顺滑
  • 3.加入细砂糖和糖粉
  • 4.打发至体积稍有膨大的状态
  • 5.分次加入蛋液
  • 6.搅打均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉,加入可可粉
  • 8.用刮刀快速拌匀至无干粉状态
  • 9.装入事先装好花嘴的裱花袋中
  • 10.在烤盘上挤出花型
  • 11.送入预热好的烤箱中下层,以上管190度/下管180度烘烤约15分钟
  • 12.出炉晾凉后密封保存即可
