    • 1.准备原料
    • 2.牛肉切粒,不要太大不然不好熟
    • 3.牛肉加适量料酒,黑胡椒碎,淀粉再加适量食用油腌制20分钟
    • 4.杏鲍菇切丁粒,彩椒切丁
    • 5.白果十几粒就好,焯水备用
    • 6.锅中倒多些油放入牛肉粒滑炒
    • 7.锅中放入适量黄油20g左右,爆香葱花
    • 8.倒入杏鲍菇和白果翻炒
    • 9.再倒入炒好的牛肉粒,加少许水微微闷烧一下入味
    • 10.倒入耗油两大勺,盐和鸡精调味
    • 11.最后收汁,撒入彩椒
    • 12.撒上黑胡椒碎适量即可
