燕麦马芬
有名雀麦米、杜姥草、牛星草、野小麦、野大麦。 燕麦就是我国的莜麦,俗称油麦、玉麦,是一种低糖、高营养、高能食品。其招牌营养素不但含量高,而且质量优,是较受现代人欢迎的食物之一。在《时代》杂志评出的十大健康食品中,燕麦名列第五。燕麦经过精细加工制成麦片,使其食用更加方便,口感也得到改善,成为深受欢迎的保健食品。 燕麦一般分为带稃型和裸粒型两大类。世界各国栽培的燕麦以带稃型的为主,常称为皮燕麦。我国栽培的燕麦以裸粒型的为主,常称裸燕麦。裸燕麦的别名颇多,在我国华北地区称为莜麦;西北地区称为玉麦;西南地区称为燕麦,有时也称莜麦;东北地区称为铃铛麦。

  • 1.燕麦100克 低筋面粉120克 色拉油100克 幼砂糖50克全蛋2个鲜奶100克 泡打粉1小匙
  • 2.全蛋加入幼砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 3.倒入色拉油再次搅拌均匀。
  • 4.倒入牛奶搅打完全融入。
  • 5.倒入过好筛的混合粉(泡打粉和面粉)翻拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入燕麦片
  • 7.小妞儿帮忙搅拌均匀的
  • 8.分别装入小杯内
  • 9.烤箱预热后上190度下火180度烤30分钟
  • 10.成品
