鲜香橙蛋糕卷

Steps to make 鲜香橙蛋糕卷

  • 1.蛋清分离(颜色重的是家里的笨鸡下的、蛋清也比外买的粘稠)。
  • 2.蛋黄放入油,和糖拌至油水混、筛入面粉切拌式拌匀。
  • 3.蛋清分次加入糖,最终将蛋白打发到湿性发泡的状态(提起打蛋器后,蛋白拉出弯曲的尖角)。
  • 4.盛1/3蛋白到蛋黄碗里,翻拌均匀(从底部往上翻拌,不要画圈搅拌)。
  • 5.将拌匀的面糊倒入剩余的蛋白里。
  • 6.再次翻拌均匀即成戚风蛋糕面糊。
  • 7.把面糊倒入铺了油纸的烤盘,抹平,撒上芝麻,并用力的震几下,面糊内部的大气泡让跑出。
  • 8.把烤盘放入预热好170度的烤箱,烤20分钟,直到表面金黄色。
  • 9.凉凉揭去油纸,抹上鲜橙酱卷卷。
