  • 1.室温软化的无盐黄油100克,稍微用打蛋器打散拌匀。
  • 2.筛入糖粉25克。
  • 3.继续用打蛋器打散拌匀。
  • 4.全蛋液36克,分三次加入,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.记得每次用打蛋器搅拌均匀后才能再加蛋液。
  • 6.把低筋面粉70克、玉米淀粉15克、奶粉30克、抹茶粉6克,全部放一起,混合均匀。
  • 7.全部粉类过筛加入。
  • 8.用切拌加压拌的手法,混合均匀。
  • 9.拌制这种混合均匀的状态就行了。
  • 10.把面糊装入裱花袋,均匀的挤成长条状。
  • 11.烤箱160℃,提前10分钟预热,烤制10-13分钟左右,最后3分钟记得在上层加一个烤盘,可以有效防止抹茶变色。
  • 12.烤完的抹茶曲奇,取出放凉备用。
  • 13.取白巧克力50克,切碎后隔热水融化至丝滑状态、装入裱花袋备用。
  • 14.直接吃的话,味道也很不错哦。
  • 15.把白巧克力酱挤在饼干上,两块饼干合起来。
  • 16.巧克力夹心抹茶曲奇、完成O(∩_∩)O哈哈~。
