巧克力杏仁蛋糕

  • 白砂糖30g

Steps to make 巧克力杏仁蛋糕

  • 1.黄油,巧克力隔水融化备用。
  • 2.白糖加入牛奶搅拌均,再加入蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入过筛好的低筋面粉,搅拌至无颗粒
  • 4.将融化的黄油加入面糊中搅拌均匀
  • 5.再加入烤过的杏仁片拌均匀
  • 6.最后加入融化的巧克力和朗姆酒到面糊中搅拌均匀即可
  • 7.蛋清加入白糖;柠檬汁,用电动打蛋器打至湿性发泡(蛋白霜纹路清晰,提起有尖勾即可)
  • 8.将打好的蛋白霜分一半到面糊中
  • 9.再把拌好的面糊加入另一半蛋白霜中,翻拌均匀即可
  • 10.模具底部用锡纸包好,将面糊倒入模具中(8分满)在表面再撒点杏仁片装饰
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱中,上火150度,下火120度,烤25分钟
  • 12.烤好的蛋糕自然冷却,在蛋糕面上散些糖粉装饰即可
