    Steps to make 水煎包

    • 1.面粉中加入泡打粉搅拌均匀,酵母粉化入温水中,慢慢倒入面粉中开始搅拌。

    • 3.盖上盖子进行发酵至两倍大。

    • 6.粉条和木耳切碎。粉条泡的时间短可以用开水烫一下加快软化。
    • 7.切好的菜放入碗中,加入十三香,花椒粉,烧热油浇在调料上。
    • 8.加入生抽,蚝油,盐,搅拌均匀。
    • 9.面发的非常好,案板上撒点干面粉,把面团拿出来揉搓排气。
    • 10.把面团搓成长条,切成大小均匀的剂子,一个剂子差不多核桃大小,小一点好熟。
    • 11.擀成中间厚四周薄的片。
    • 12.放入馅料,包成小包子。
    • 13.锅里倒油刷匀,油稍微多一点,摆好包子,每个之间留点间隙。
    • 14.开火,盖上盖子,把包子底煎至焦黄上色。
    • 15.加入一碗水,没过包子的三分之一,盖上盖子烧至水干。
    • 16.撒上小葱和黑芝麻。
    • 17.剩下的又做了半锅,这个颜色真是漂亮。
    • 18.出锅。
