Steps to make 猪肉炖粉条

  • 1.食材:粉条(先用热开水烫软捞起,沥干水份)、五花肉用淀粉和酱油腌制、青菜、腐竹(凉水泡好)、炒香的花生米、姜蒜、葱花、干辣椒。
  • 2.煮开水后,先放入粉条,调至小火慢煮。
  • 3.炒锅放油,先把泡好腐竹炒香。
  • 4.再放入青菜一起炒,加点盐和蚝油入味。
  • 5.铲入砂锅的粉条面上,这时把火调至中大火。
  • 6.接着爆香姜蒜。
  • 7.将五花肉放入锅中翻炒。
  • 8.加入酱油、豆瓣酱。
  • 9.最后放入干辣椒炒香。
  • 10.炒好的肉铲至砂锅内,撒入炒好的花生仁、葱花和少许鸡精,再用热油淋面,完工。
