小窍门腌鸡翅更入味——奥尔良烤鸡翅
奥尔良烤鸡翅估计没有人没做过

就算没做过估计也没有人没吃过啦

现在腌鸡翅料多种多样

在家吃烤翅也真是不是难事

没有烤箱也可以用微波炉

不过腌鸡翅我发现是有窍门的哦

开始的时候我按照说明书腌制30克料+30克水+1斤鸡翅

但是做了两次后我发现鸡翅通常都不够味道
后来我终于找到原因了

因为鸡翅在清洗的过程中已经挂上水

所以在腌制的时候在添水的话水就多了

所以就不够味道

所以小窍门就是不加水

鸡翅清洗干净之后

直接放入保鲜袋或者密封袋

然后按照说明的比例放入烤翅料

使劲揉搓

使每只鸡翅都均匀的沾上烤翅料

然后放入冰箱腌制12小时中间记得多翻面
