Steps to make 春天的清香——香椿炒鸡蛋

  • 1.香椿洗净
  • 2.把香椿放入沸水中焯一下再捞出放入冷水变凉,捞出过凉挤出水分切块。
  • 3.将鸡蛋磕入碗内,加入香椿块、盐、料酒,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.起油锅烧至七成热,倒入搅拌均匀的香椿蛋液
  • 5.翻炒至鸡蛋嫩熟,装盘即可
