花朵绿豆沙包
其实这个绿豆沙包可以做得更漂亮,但因我在包好放蒸锅二次醒发时,开小差看电视剧,醒发的时间入了点,让花朵破了相,成了个四不象。绿豆有清热解暑的功效,我家小朋友比红豆沙更爱它,所以,我家大部分时间做馅的,都是绿豆。同样都是豆沙包,但换个外形,就多了种爱它的心情。相比起细腻的沙,我家更爱多点绿豆的颗粒,那样,咬起来,是更一种感觉。

Steps to make 花朵绿豆沙包

  • 1.面粉加入与手温差不多的温水,酵母和匀,发酵至两倍或以上大。
  • 2.准备好绿豆沙。(这是我自已做的,做法与红豆沙相同)
  • 3.将发酵好的面团再次揉匀,搓成长条。
  • 4.切成小段。
  • 5.用手压扁。
  • 6.擀成中间略厚,四周略圆的面皮。
  • 7.放入适量绿豆沙。
  • 8.对捏起来。
  • 9.从三分之一外向中间折一下。
  • 10.另一端也由三分之一处向中间折,如Z字状。
  • 11.两端捏起来。
  • 12.放入锅中,做二次醒发,然后,大火蒸开十分钟,转中火蒸五分钟关火。
  • 13.关火后闷三分钟开锅取出即可食用。
